2. Scope of Services

We do not provide off-the-shelf software products. Deliverables are custom-built systems agreed upon at the outset of each engagement. The specific scope, timeline, and responsibilities for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement between AI Automation Labs and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• The client owns the deliverables produced specifically for their engagement
• AI Automation Labs retains ownership of its underlying methodologies, agent frameworks, system architectures, prompt engineering approaches, and proprietary processes used in the design and delivery of those deliverables
• Neither party may use the other's brand, name, or materials without prior written consent

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat non-public information shared during an engagement as confidential. This includes business data, technical specifications, client lists, pricing, and strategic plans shared by either party.

Confidentiality obligations survive the termination or completion of the engagement for a period of two years, unless a longer period is agreed in writing.

5. Data and Infrastructure

AI Automation Labs operates with a data-first responsibility to its clients. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All agent systems and workflows are deployed within the client's own infrastructure. Data does not leave the client's environment.
• Where AI models are required, systems are configured to operate using the client's own API accounts, including those with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and other providers. This ensures that data processed by AI models remains within infrastructure the client controls.
• Any exception to either of the above is disclosed in writing and agreed upon before implementation begins.

This approach reflects our commitment to data residency, operational security, and compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks including but not limited to GDPR and SOC2.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

AI systems operate on probabilistic reasoning. Results depend on the quality of input data, the client's internal adoption of the systems built, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

AI Automation Labs does not make representations regarding specific business outcomes, revenue uplift, conversion improvements, or performance benchmarks. Case studies and results referenced on our website reflect the specific context of individual client engagements and are not representative of results achievable by every client.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific engagement
• We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses, including lost revenue, lost data, loss of business, or reputational damage

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The content on aiautomation.builders is provided for informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current and accurate but do not warrant that all content is complete, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
