• Where AI models are required, we configure systems to use the client's own API accounts, including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others. This ensures that data processed by AI models remains within accounts and infrastructure the client controls.
• Any exception to either of the above principles is disclosed in writing and agreed upon with the client before implementation begins.

These principles reflect our commitment to data residency, operational security, and compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.

7. Data Retention

• Enquiry and communication data: retained for up to 12 months from the date of last contact
• Analytics data: retained in accordance with the relevant provider's policy
• Client engagement data: retained for the duration of the engagement and for a period thereafter as agreed in writing
