- Enquiries sent via email or LinkedIn
- Meeting details captured when you book through Calendly
Automatically, when you visit our site:

- Cookies used for site performance and user preferences
We do not collect sensitive personal data, payment information, or data from individuals under the age of 18.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiries and schedule conversations

The AI chat interface on our Contact page uses the Anthropic Claude API to process and respond to your messages in real time. Conversations may be transmitted to Anthropic in accordance with their API usage policy.

Our website uses cookies for the following purposes:

6. Data Sovereignty and Client Engagements
For organisations that engage AI Automation Labs to build AI systems and automation workflows, we apply the following data principles by default.
- Agents and workflows are deployed within the client's own infrastructure wherever technically and contractually feasible. Data does not leave the client's environment.
- Where AI models are required, we configure systems to use the client's own API accounts, including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others. This ensures that data processed by AI models remains within accounts and infrastructure the client controls.
- Any exception to either of the above principles is disclosed in writing and agreed upon with the client before implementation begins.
These principles reflect our commitment to data residency, operational security, and compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.
7. Data Retention
- Enquiry and communication data: retained for up to 12 months from the date of last contact
- Analytics data: retained in accordance with the relevant provider's policy
- Client engagement data: retained for the duration of the engagement and for a period thereafter as agreed in writing
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your data where no overriding legitimate interest applies
- Withdraw consent to processing at any time
